Chia Pudding

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • 3 Tbsp chia
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract, or to taste
  • 1tsp Maple syrup, or to taste

Keep your skin youthful, your heart healthy, lower the risk of diabetes, strengthen your bones, improve metabolism and decrease inflammation simply by enjoying this super simple chia pudding. Great for breakfast or snack, you can even sell it as dessert to your kids. It’s THAT good!

You may choose to add a mashed banana or 1/2 avocado.

Let sit covered overnight in refrigerator. 

Option to top with fresh berries before serving.
