Please note: If  booking a Stand Up Paddle Board class for more than one person, you must sign in for the appropriate number of people. Paying for more than one reservation will not automatically reserve more than one board.

Annual Turkey Paddle Monday October 9th, 1pm. View the spectacular Fall colors while paddling the shores of scenic Lake Couchiching. Burn off all that turkey and pumpkin pie!  Reserve your board online or BYO-Board.

4th annual Muskoka Wellness Retreat  October 21-23 2017 Space is limited, now accepting $100 deposit to reserve space. Beautiful boutique hotel accommodations on Lake Muskoka. Straight up SUP–  Offers the beginner a chance to try out a board and learn the basics like standing, turning, stopping, safety and paddle skills needed for an enjoyable journey.
SUP Yoga Takes your practice to the moving mat and allows you to experience the playful challenge and calm of yoga on a paddle board. Use every muscle in your body to balance and stabilize while connecting with the present while surrounded by nature.
